Terms of Service

Arithex provides tools that analyze spreadsheet data you upload and, on paid tiers, help you draft and send messages to your own clients. Arithex is a business intelligence tool. It is not a licensed accountant, bookkeeper, or financial, tax, or legal advisor, and its output does not constitute professional advice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Arithex.

Paid plans are offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually as you select. By subscribing, you authorize our payment processor to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel, so that your service continues without interruption. Annual plans on eligible tiers include a discount compared to paying monthly.

You can cancel at any time from your account’s billing portal. When you cancel, you keep access to everything you paid for through the end of your current billing period, and you are not charged again:

• Cancel a monthly plan and you retain access through the end of that monthly period.

• Cancel an annual plan and you retain access through the end of that annual period.

No new charge is made once the period ends, and there are no cancellation fees. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, but you are never billed for a period you did not want — cancellation simply stops the next renewal.

You agree not to:

• Upload data you do not have the right to use, or use Arithex to send messages in violation of anti-spam or privacy laws.

• Use Arithex to send unsolicited bulk messages to people who have not agreed to hear from your business.

• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

You are responsible for the messages you send through Arithex and for complying with the laws that apply to your business and your communications with clients.

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant Arithex the permission needed to process that data in order to provide the service to you — for example, to clean it, analyze it, and send the messages you approve. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Ari is an assistant, not an advisor. It answers questions about the report you are viewing using an AI model, and like any such model it can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything that matters against the report itself before acting on it, and do not treat its answers as accounting, legal, tax or financial advice.

Ari is limited to your own business data and to helping you use Arithex. It cannot access other customers’ data, browse the internet, or take actions on your behalf. Fair-use limits apply: plans with a monthly question allowance are metered, and we may limit automated or abusive use.

The Guardian, on the Command plan, monitors your client list on a schedule and sends you a weekly briefing by email. It works from the data already in your account and does not gather anything new. Delivery depends on email services outside our control, so we cannot guarantee that every briefing arrives — the same information is always available in the app.

Estimates such as recoverable revenue, at-risk clients and simulator projections are calculations from your own data, not predictions or promises of any result.

Arithex is offered in beta and is under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and you may occasionally encounter errors or interruptions. We work to improve the service continuously, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Arithex helps you understand and act on your business data, but you are responsible for the decisions you make. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arithex is provided without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that the analysis will be error-free or that outcomes such as revenue or client retention will result from using it. For tax, accounting, legal, and compliance matters, consult a qualified professional.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arithex and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the period giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms or that create risk or legal exposure for Arithex or others. You may stop using Arithex at any time by canceling your subscription and, if you wish, requesting deletion of your account.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Arithex after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
